  • We are committed to your triumph at ZuZu’s Pitsa. Our training program is designed to equip you and your team with the knowledge and skills necessary to run a successful restaurant. From crafting our one-of-a-kind fusion pizzas to managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth business operations, we will guide you every step of the way towards achieving your goals.
  • With our comprehensive operations manual, you will have all the necessary procedures and standards to manage your ZuZu’s Pizza restaurant with ease. This guide will empower you to maintain the exceptional consistency and quality that our customers expect from us.
  • Our team will help you choose the ideal location for your restaurant that matches our target audience and business model. Once the location is finalized, we’ll provide guidance on the restaurant’s design and layout to uphold the distinctive ambiance of ZuZu’s Pitsa.
  • At ZuZu’s Pizza, we believe in building strong and reliable partnerships with our suppliers. By purchasing our ingredients and equipment in bulk, we make sure that every location maintains the same high standards of quality and pricing. This commitment to consistency is what sets us apart and inspires us to keep delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
  • We’ll provide you with robust marketing and advertising support. This includes national advertising campaigns and local marketing strategies. We’ll also provide templates for promotional materials that you can use to attract customers to your location.
  • Our support for your restaurant doesn’t stop after it opens. We offer continued consultation and assistance, including check-ins to review performance and help with any challenges that come up. We also promote communication between franchisees to create a community of learning and growth.
  • In addition to point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools, we can also provide you with a range of ordering options. Financial Requirements

Our financial requirements are transparent, with clear breakdowns of initial investments, franchise fees, and royalty structures.

1. Franchise Fees (Due when signing Franchise Agreement)

2. Royalty & Marketing (Recurring Costs)
6% Royalty + 1% Marketing Fund + 2% Local Store Specific Marketing Fee

(Minimum 15 Stores to be developed in a geographic area)

1st Store: $34,500 (100% Due when signing the agreement)

2nd to 15th Store: $26,900 (50% Due when signing the agreement. Remaining 50% due when opening the respective stores.)

Royalty: 3.75%

Marketing Fund: 1%

Local Marketing: 2%

  • Net Worth Requirement $250,000.00. This ensures that our franchisees have the financial stability to manage the initial setup and operational costs.
  • Cashflow: A liquid cash flow of $75,000.00 is essential for covering initial expenses, including inventory, staffing, and marketing.
  • Personal Credit Score: A good credit score reflects financial responsibility, which is crucial for managing a business.
  • Business Experience: A minimum of 2 years in business management is essential. If you’ve managed a restaurant, it’s a bonus, but we value diverse business backgrounds.
  • Net Worth Requirement $400,000 – $750,000. Multi-unit operators need a higher net worth to ensure they can handle the complexities of running multiple outlets.
  • Cashflow: A liquid cashflow between $150,000 – $350,000 ensures you can manage the operational costs of multiple units without financial strain.
  • Personal Credit Score: Maintaining a good credit score is vital, especially when considering expansion loans or credit lines.
  • Business Experience: 5 years in business management is a must. Experience in the food sector, especially in a leadership role, will be a significant advantage.
  • Net Worth Requirement: A minimum net worth of 1.5 million USD reflects the financial depth needed to manage a large number of stores.
  • Cashflow: A liquid cashflow of $750,000+ ensures smooth operations across all outlets.
  • Financial Support: In case you do not fulfill the net worth or cash flow criteria, we consider verifiable financial support from well-known institutions or investors.

The ADAR program is created for individuals with extensive business networks and a plan for significant expansion, offering exclusive territorial rights and representation. Details about financial and experience prerequisites are available upon request.

ZuZu’s PITSA Investment Requirements

We’re looking for passionate individuals with a commitment to quality and innovation. Whether you’re a single-store franchisee or an area developer, we have opportunities tailored for you.

  • Store Size: Our brick-and-mortar locations are typically 1,000 to 1,500 square feet in size and are designed to provide efficient service to our valued customers. Our aim is to deliver the ultimate ZuZu’s PITSA experience, ensuring that our customers are served in a timely manner.
  • Investment: Typically, it costs between $150,000 to $250,000 to open a traditional ZuZu’s PITSA store. This amount covers expenses such as interior design, equipment, initial inventory, franchise fees, and other setup costs.

We are proud to be in a strategic partnership with Cloudkitchens. This allows our franchisees to tap into the booming delivery market without the need for a traditional storefront.

  • Investment: ZuZu’s PITSA Cloudkitchen needs a $60,000-$80,000 investment and only offers take-out and delivery services.
