About
ZuZu’s PITSA

ZuZu’s PITSA is a unique fusion pizza restaurant that offers a blend of traditional and fusion pizzas, bowls, Pizzadillas, and more. Founded in 2021, we have rapidly expanded and are now offering franchise opportunities across the United States.

Certainly! ZuZu’s PITSA started as a family-run business in Virginia in 2021. We have since grown and currently have 12 restaurants in Texas at different stages of development. Our menu is a testament to our love for fusion food, and we pride ourselves on providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Our menu is a gastronomic journey, blending flavors from Mumbai, Arabia, Turkey, and Seoul. Signature dishes like the Mumbai Madness pizza and Arabian Chicken Shawarma Pizzadilla set us apart. We are more than just a pizza restaurant; we are a culinary adventure.

At ZuZu’s PITSA, we prioritize quality, customer service, and community involvement. We source locally, prioritize sustainability, and actively participate in community events.

Yes, we use eco-friendly packaging and energy-efficient appliances and have a zero-waste policy. We also prioritize local sourcing and fair-trade practices.

ZuZu’s PITSA offers a unique fusion pizza experience, affordable investment, simple operations, tech-driven solutions, sustainable kitchens, empowerment opportunities for young entrepreneurs, and a chance to stand out in the pizza industry.

Franchise
& Franchisee

Our franchise package is comprehensive, including brand use, training, an operations manual, site selection assistance, supply chain management, marketing support, ongoing consultation, technology systems, and research & development.

The financial requirements vary based on the number of stores. For a single store, the franchise fee is $34,500, with royalties and marketing fees applicable. Multi-store and area developer fees differ, with detailed structures available upon inquiry.

We are looking for individuals with varying levels of business experience, depending on the type of franchise (single store, multi-unit, area developer). Financial stability, a good credit score, and a passion for the brand are essential.

As a new franchisor, we are still gathering success stories and testimonials. However, we invite potential franchisees to visit our existing locations and speak with our team.

We provide continuous online training, a franchise management system, marketing support, periodic updates, workshops, and a dedicated franchisee social media presence.

The process involves initial inquiry, attending a Discovery Day, submitting an application, financial review, signing the franchise agreement, location selection, training, store setup, and finally, the grand opening.

The standard term of the franchise agreement is typically 10 years, with options to renew. Specific terms and conditions for renewal will be outlined in the Franchise Agreement.

The initial investment covers most Startup costs, including the franchise fee, training, and initial marketing. However, franchisees should be prepared for operational costs such as rent, utilities, inventory, staffing, and local marketing. It’s essential to review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for a detailed breakdown of all potential costs.

Royalty and marketing fees are typically paid monthly. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the gross sales of the franchise location.

Yes, late payment of fees may incur penalties as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. It’s crucial to stay updated with all fee payments to avoid any additional charges.

The franchise fees and royalties are standardized to ensure fairness and consistency across all franchisees. However, we do offer tiered discounts for multi-unit franchisees as mentioned above.
